Amez Line – Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process for Buyers to return products and request refunds, and the obligations of Sellers on the Amez Line marketplace. By buying or selling on Amez Line, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Buyers may request returns if products are defective, damaged, not as described, or delivered incorrectly.
1.2 Certain categories such as perishable goods, personal hygiene items, and customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
1.3 Buyers must initiate return requests within the specified return window displayed on each product listing.
2. Return Process
2.1 Buyers must submit a return request through their Amez Line account with supporting evidence (photos, videos).
2.2 Sellers must respond to return requests promptly and provide shipping instructions for product return, if applicable.
2.3 Products must be returned in original packaging and condition unless defective.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by the Seller.
3.2 If approved, refunds will be issued to the Buyer’s original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
3.3 In case of disputes, Amez Line may mediate and make a final determination based on platform policies.
4. Seller Obligations
4.1 Sellers must clearly state their return and refund policy in product listings, provided it complies with Amez Line’s minimum standards.
4.2 Sellers are responsible for honoring approved refund requests and cooperating with Buyers in good faith.
4.3 Failure to comply with return obligations may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the platform.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
5.1 Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs by the Buyer are not eligible for refund.
5.2 Shipping and handling charges may be non-refundable unless the Seller is at fault.
6. Platform Mediation
6.1 Amez Line reserves the right to step in and mediate disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
6.2 Amez Line’s decision in case of unresolved disputes will be final and binding.
